Snow Balls

Information

Serves/Yields: Snow Balls

Category: Confectionery

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 20 minutes min

Difficulty: Easy

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
30 grams gelatine
cocoa
milk
desiccated coconut

Directions

Boil sugar, water and gelatine for 20 minutes then beat ubtil white and stiff.

Put away on a plate to set.

When set, form into balls and dip in cocoa mixed with milk, then roll in coconut.
