1 1/2 cups caster sugar,1/2 cup water,3 egg whites.
Directions
Mix sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat until it boils and sugar has disolved. Simmer uncovered without stirring for 5 minutes.Beat egg whites in a mixing bowl until stiff peaks form.Pour in hot syrup slowly over egg whites, beating constantly until icing is thick and glossy.
