Love

Contributed by Butterat_Zool on Wednesday, 3rd September 2003 @ 06:34:45 AM in AEST
Topic: horror

My girl never wept before
I laid my hands upon her in anger
and in spite.

Now, I see that I have hurt her,
and have put her life in danger
with my might.

And as I see her in that cast,
I know the truth within at last,
and have since vowed to never
raise my hand in anger evermore.

Have you ever wished that
you could take back
just five minutes of your life
and say they never happened?

I do everyday, and yet
my wish has still not come true.
Come tomorrow, it will have been
six weeks since I last tasted her
sweet saliva in my mouth,
six weeks since I last felt her body
pressed against my own,
six weeks since that moment
that I have regretted ever since.

Six weeks since I put that bitch
in a coma for going down on my best friend,
Six weeks since I broke her fucking arm,
six weeks since I made her make
that puddle of tears and that puddle of blood.

Tomorrow, it’s been six whole weeks
since I’ve been free to do as I please to
whomever I please, and still,
that skank-ass ho haunts my mind.
It must be love.
