Goodbye
|
Years looking down a weight above
Last and only frown the hearts only hum
We all seek the setting of the sun
But to me it's the night our only fight
In the eye of the female my eyes met bright
And the past stole it away in all my fright
Many times the road has come to take the long
And now the years I hear the bell roam
No forward only to sing the reverse
A poet left to pen the only curse
World I say your child is dying
And father why you never listen
Just a child remembering the day
Chose a place to sail away
Puppets in a world of unholy string
Yet all we are is a stranger sold
And no longer the only strong
