Skeletal oaks, sky-frozen,
heed his ancient call to Earth,
breathing in an honesty
unknown before his creed.
They are giants in his rank,
seneschals, taking root
into blasphemies, where
complacent tomorrows are buried.
His sword, a soul unbreakable.
His word, a welcome warning;
His horde, a living entity, in
accord with nature's epithet-
"Welcome to thy North, with warmth,
yet carry not, thy foreign pride,
for after here, lies skies of mine,
whereupon these people thunder."
