Journeys End?

Contributed by Unaekseveer1 on Wednesday, 8th January 2003 @ 01:20:00 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

From here to my eternity
Looks like I'll walk alone,
Too tired to find my soul mate
Too hurried to make a home.

Destination does not matter
Not fussed where I get lead,
Only knowing when I've got there
When switching off my head.

Always seeking new horizons
But remembering history,
Hopefully not repeating
Odd choices made by me.

My journey of a long time
Looking back will seem so short,
No time to stop and ponder
Less time than I had thought!

I'll skip across the threshold
And finally buck this trend,
Undoubtedly there'll be explanations
But the questions will never end!

Dean my friend....

tired yes you may be my friend
to find that special soul one
but search not for this miracle
it's never to late to be done

there's always hope for true love
to walk right in your life
and if you sit and watch it
it'll take you by surprise...

Keep your chin up Dean it'll happen...
We never can predict what will happen in the
future, all we can do is trust in life and hope for the very best out of anything we put our hearts into .....

Yeah I know what you mean Candice,

I am so tired of feeling like this that I thought maybe writing it down would ease it somewhat!
And guess what...
Yup you guessed it!

With love
Dean:-)

Dean, At least for me writing about things can help them some. That is why I do write about the bad things that have happend to me. Because it helps. So I hope that it helps you.

This is great! :) And it's written brilliantly! Be aware of your past but be careful not to become paraniod of it's repeating itself or you'll drive yourself mad - trust me! You seem to be alot more full of life than the last one I read of yours which is just great! Also, there aren't always explanations, some things have to be accepted for what they are, without explanations! Your question could be a seed which, if you aren't careful, would become a huge oak tree that branches off into so many directions, it becomes confusing and you could actually forget what the question was! (and if you understood that, you'll understand ANYTHING, lol!)
