I gave you my heart but you gave it back broken and shattered...
I gave you my life but you gave it back beaten and battered...
I gave you my feelings but you gave them back disregarded as they faded...
It was you I loved but it seems it was I who you deeply hated...
I gave you everything and more...
But you gave it back as you walked out the door...
I gave you everything in my soul...
But you thew it out as if it were coal...
But remember coal turns into diamonds, but you gave them back...
I gave you me, but yet some how you gave it back...
