The day that I died,
Nobody cried.
The day that I died,
Nobody asked why.
The day that I died,
I was forgotten.
The day that I died,
Everyone seemed to hide.
The day that I died,
Was the happiest day of you lives.
The day that I died,
There was no slow in time.
The day that I died,
No funeral was planned.
So I lay here forgotten,
Gazing at the shining sky,
Asking God, 'Did anyone cry?'.
I wait for an answer before I depart,
An answer to save my shattered heart.
But the only thing that comes from above,
Is the image of your face,
As you laugh at my unfortunate fate.
As my soul fades into a everlasting oblivion,
As I cry my last tears and release my fears,
As the demons destroy even the smallet shreads,
Of happiness and cheer,
That I found in the darkest part of my mind,
You remember my mistakes and flaws,
And talk about all the bad times.
At least you thought of me...,
On the day that I died.
