Why in the world be so concerned?
So curious?
So surprisingly interested?
What is it that you think you see?
Your questions seem foreign
as I dance my way around them.
I know it seems
that I play a game
with my innocent smile
and rather playful jokes.
Yet we both know
there is something behind the laughs.
Those intense eyes are reading me,
I can tell, and I challenge back.
Not looking away.
What is it that you see?

Hmmm...I really like this. I'm kind of living this scenario right now...Your expression is good in this piece...Like a bait and switch sort of. Taunting and yet inviting. Nicely done!

| No-one ever usually apears themselves until you really know them. Mabey whoever you wrote this about really cares for you, hence being so concerned, but the only way he/she is capable of showing this is by playing you at your own game, ie. doing what you do. |
