I am the face of love & death
I am the last thing you see
When you draw your last breath
When you're breaking free
I am your nightmare come true
I am everything you've seen in your dreams
I have come for you
To answer your lost screams
I am the secret within your lie
I am the creator of your tears
I am the reason that you cry
I am one of your biggest fears
You are starting to lose your grip
You're having trouble catching your breath
You are going to forever slip
Into the grasp of the angel of death

Not really sure what to say. I like it for one thing. It's very direct but at the same time a bit elluding. good write.

Please report poetry and or comments that are in breach of our site rules HERE (Please include poem title or url). Parents also please ensure that you supervise your children well when they are on the internet; regardless of what a site says about being, or being considered, child-safe.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
