My calming fanstasy,......

One day, when the skies and wind were calm..........I took the time, to walk the white sands
Walking so slowly, taking in everything, that the ocean offers. The air so soft.....gently brushing the hair from my face.....the sprinkles of tiny grains of sand, and the mist of the oceans spray. I sit..........and gently lay back, and close the eyes. Feel, and release all. After a semi- calmeness................I deam of a beautiful .....fantasy.
I get up; I turn to see a beach house with open windows and a luring trance.
I begin my journey, and then I am there. There to a place that could take me beyond all...........but then I must know , its dreams.
So I walk up, and open the door. I walk the stairs, I see a shadow................but not sure what it is.
Then the rain begins................The air becomes cooler. I am now feeling a ora..............a calm ora around me and the place I am in.
Candles lit; music playing; and the wine is poured.
I am lured to the balcony...........something keeps bringing closer to the dark but dimmed lit area. I stop, and then turn, as I feel a presence near me.
I pick up the glass of wine, bring to my lips.............and then I feel a warm breeze.............as one has walked behind me.
I walk to the balcony, stand and watch the rain come down, and the lightening crosses, the darkened sky. I know I am not alone. Am i scared? No, because the presense, that is with me..............is calm.
Finally, its known.........the one who is there is someone who makes me want, and need. I feel the arms wrap around, my waist........the warm breath, and then soft whisper........I hear hello: I see you have found, all that is brought for you, and my self.
The fantasy has become real.....................but then; a spray of the oceans mist......hits my face , and I am awake. Still with a calmness.....could of it been real? Or just a Fanstasy?!

| Brew I thought that those fantasies were mine alone. As one gets older the Fantasies get more vivid. Keep on dreaming my friend sometimes dreams do come true.all the best from bernard. |

| That was just perfectly blissful and mysterious, I found myself being pulled into the poem and could see everything that you were describing and it was very calming. Fantastic, great job brew I love it. I needed that, thank you for telling me to read it. |

Brew, Thank you for writing this. I have read it several times and will several more. You drew me in and held me to the end and left me with a sense of longing - for more.

It seems more like a story than a poem in structure, but it carries a poem's presence. It's... soft, gentle, slowly moving its way into your head, until the picture's painted.
