Behind my smile hide a thousand tears
That continuously pour,
Inside this shell lies a little child
Vulnerable to the core
In this closed book, a million words
Tell the tale of me
Tales of a woman, locked in chains
Ready to be set free
Inside your heart, you hold a key
To unlock my greatest fears
A key that will unleash my soul
And dry up all my tears
Until you came there was no one
To chase my demons away
You are my saviour and will be
Forever and a day
