I'll never be what you want
My fake smile does nothing but taunt
The truth is overdue
I'll never be close to you
I'll never be, I'll never be anything at all
Because I'm destined to fall
You’ve been trying to reach me, Trying to know me
And you’ve been trying to see me, trying to hold me
Denial and rejection is the product perfection
Read my letters written in scrawll
One more stall, before I fall
I’m just a boy that never stops hurting
Good times never stop subverting
All this pretending is a modern disease
It's just another person I will never please
Push me up against the wall
One last stall, before I fall
I'll never be what you want
My fake smile does nothing but taunt
The truth is overdue
I'll never be close to you
I'll never be, I'll never be anything at all
Because I'm destined to fall
