Uncanny
there is a lot to be said
for the man who sits alone in his room
for the homeless man who is determined to stay warm
for the philanthropist who just gives and gives
With no return
and so to the altruist who says he feels my pain
and to the haughty doctor who prescribes a pill for his monetary gain
Unpredictable
Fickle and whimsical
A fair weather fan
A literal, whiny, coward
Sitting wherever he can't stand
His fruit-brain has expired, soured
It may take him a second or two, at the very least just a few hours
There is no way of telling
With a man who poses these sort of wicked powers
Sad
There is a lot to be said
Though the tears have ceased
The devil’s cry intensifies
He seeks, the uncertain peace
A bargain once left uncircumcised
Cut and removed
The human skin aches
for the man who sits alone and thinks
for the solider who fires on order without a flinch
and to the mother who loves her baby unconditional
and the grown baby who hates this world unintentional
Unruliness
There is nothing to be said for lack of control
there are however plenty of insults stashed in a dark hole
not that they matter, who cares what you think at all
not that I have anything left to offer you in return
and who are you to tell me this is not true, and that I should burn
they may say I am young they may call me unlearned
and perhaps even overly concerned, with accomplishing
with appreciating, with gratitude, I may never return
