I was so afraid to lose you,
I tried everything possible
To make sure that didn't happen.
I guess I didn't try hard enough
It's over, I failed.
This pain I feel
Is so terribly painful, why?
I cry because it happened
Not because it's over.
I regret what I did,
If I could go back, I would
But now it's too late
That's understood,
I just hope that one day
You will be able to forgive me
For the day that ended us.
