When you said that you were leaving, I wanted to tell you not to go.
Now, that your gone, I have no more feelings left to show.
I tried to eliminate everything about you, out of my mind.
Things as simple as your name, I can't seem to find.

You came to visit.
You said, It was me you wanted to see.
The way we used to be
(Together)
Again, I don't think I can ever be.

I can never deny the love that we had.
I'm just sorry, that this has to end, with us both so sad.

I enjoyed reading the poem, and I can relate to it all too well. Isn't that a horrible feeling. Be strong, things have a way working themselves out. Good luck. TD
