I wanted it to last forever.
I wanted to tell you how I truly felt
But I was afraid of your reaction.
I want to be with you.
Every time I see you I am happier.
Without you I feel lonely and confused.
Your face forever transfixed in my head.
Wanting to talk but not knowing what to say.
I’m forgetting the sound of your voice and it pains me.
If I never see you again my life will be empty.
Waiting for the right moment is taking forever.
I want to free myself
From this agonizing pain that won’t to go away.

i like this poem a lot. It reminds me of before I told the person I love that I love them. How there never seemed a right moment. keep up the good work! |
