The strobing haze from mountain caves
Can bathe in waves while the ocean sprays
A mist of desire to all who inspire
To perch upon the plains
Over miles of corn and grain
To explain the sun, rain and pain
Injected through veins, stained with lies
And bloodshot eyes
That emphasize the demise of skies
Releasing sighs
As they rise above the doves' cries
To realize love is the only prize
