music to guide me

Contributed by spazz911 on Thursday, 23rd June 2005 @ 10:04:19 PM in AEST
Topic: MiscPoems

pushed in mud
flailed out of your way
abandoned on road side
scared and afraid

scared out of hell
and out of my mind
you shot me down
and thats not ok

first comes the tears
the rain of my sorrow,
hurt is not shallow
and the cut is so deep

now i turn up my sad face and fight
you will not hurt me again tonite
something to jazz me
some old rock and rool

brings up my fire
and keeps my going goin goin
i will beat u down
and burn out ur light

i will never surrender
to your faceful fear
with my music to guide me
your history here
