Sadism Of A Lifeless Mother

Contributed by Bec on Thursday, 23rd June 2005 @ 08:13:36 PM in AEST
Topic: selfstruggles

She speaks without consideration or any idea,
how much suffering her victims face.
Heartless she searches for the one thing,
that will cause you to break down.
Posessions, nasty words, abuse - physical,
or verbal.
Freedom taken from you, abandoning whatever
hope you once had to fight back.
To stand up to her.
Once you fight back, you feel,
incompetent, distressed, frightened.
At the same time,
relief settling - you've finally got it all out.
But you can never be certain that your safe,
or that it is over.
Anything said by her is damaging,
humiliation always felt.
Once she's attacked you - with words,
or her bare hands.
There will always be pain and suffering,
Never can you love or get close,
to this creature.
She is only a creature because of the monster,
inside of her.
Provoking her to do horrible things, to cause pain,
havoc.
You want to love her, to be able to talk and share secrets,
with her.
But she will always drive you away horribly.
She seeks distruction, not of property or objects,
but of you.
She will not stop until she has succeeded nor will,
she ever change.
Never does she feel the pain she inflicts on people,
never is she to be trusted.
She doesn't live life, she is emotionless, fearless
and determined to get what she wants.
She is not real,
I don't have a mother and i hate it.

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
