Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock Tick Tock
The eyes of time open wide,
as she breathes sweet thick air.
Alone and distraught
his name carved into her arm
but she can't remember doing it.
The initials that threatened her so long ago
And though she is bleeding,
she mistakes the cold, tired fluid for tears.
Tears which stopped coming when things got numb.
Tears that were neglected by the sight of a glinting syringe.
Time moves on
and with that movement, drains all her virtue
