Holding My Breath

Contributed by xxbreathlessx on Wednesday, 22nd June 2005 @ 06:24:16 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Holding my breath.
I wait in a room full of secrets
Dusting lightly the ears of unknown wonderers.
I wait in a room full of silence
So loud I wince at its sound.
I wait in a room full of memories
Chanting dizzily that I’m sprung from
Its thoughts.
I wait in a room full of experience
The lessons taught flutter through the air
Like strong cologne.
Holding my breath.
Keeping in the struggles
That drowned my sleep with tears.
Keeping in the taste of faith
That held me nights I was close to letting go.
Keeping in smiles
That haunted playfully the carpet’s steps.
Keeping in myself.
Holding my breath.

I dont agree........Hiding is a sense of inner emotions.....but being free and flowing can be a sense of calmness, you know. it does help to do either. thx for the comment on mine. You have a gift to hide and show. Deep and differ write. Thanks for the share.

Brew~
