I love you

Topic: LovePoetry

I love you my darlin,
I love you my friend.
Are friendship has parted,
And has come to an end.

I dont want to loose you,
I mean you no harm.
But it hurts me to see you,
With another man on your arm.

I know we've moved on,
I know you're not always there.
But i still get jelous,
Because i still care.

I know its been months,
I know i've had time.
I know we're not together,
But loving you isn't a crime.

I wish you the best,
In who ever you find.
But i love you darlin,
I dont want to be left behind.

Who ever we find,
In future near and far.
Dont let our friendship end,
You are my north star.

Its a sad poem but the reality of it is that no matter how hard i tried to keep this friend, nothing worked. We went out for about 3 years nearly and broke up about 4 or 5 months ago. She used to be everything to me, not only my girlfriend but my best friend. And now she doesnt even want to make time for me. She doesnt seem to care about how i feel so i just look at it about somone i loved and lost.
