Love
What is love?
A word that was foreign to me
But now is my mother tongue.
I never thought I could feel this way
But that was before I found you.
Hearing your voice creates goosebumps on my arms
And your touch burns like volcanic lava.
I would walk to the moon and back
If it meant seeing a smile on your face.
You've revealed a part of me
I never knew I had.
Now as we proceed with our marriage vows
And you slip that ring on my finger
And I hear you say, "I thee wed"
And you look at me with a sparkle in my eyes
And my heart cries out,
"This is the magical moment I've been waiting my whole life for!"
