If time had pages on which to write,
To heartily jot down my praise tonight.
Write of heart, all I know and love,
In my soul, nestle his peace, as a dove.
Yea, write on the leaf of life, ere to forget,
Near his holy majesty, I have honorable met.
Are you deeds very just and true?
Tis truly recorded, the good that you do.
Your effort to be a pen of love,
Write a standard that is far above.
A sinking heart may desperately reach,
Now, this good motive, we eagerly teach.
Never suppose all good things come to an end,
This blessing will have an eternal extend.
Momentarly, this rhyme I will stop,
Living souls, how much of him have you really got?
