Do You Really Care?

Contributed by JustAGirl001 on Wednesday, 22nd June 2005 @ 08:55:51 AM in AEST
Topic: AngryPoetry

You see her there,
but do you really care?
She's wearing all black with a frown,
and you know she's feeling down,
but do you really care?
You ask what's the matter,
even though she looks like tatter.
She tells you she's judged on what she wears,
you say you understand,
but who really cares?

I can relate to this poem also. I'm judged by what I wear but I try not to care what ppl think of what I wear and everything. That was a great poem. Keep writing. Jenny

I think for some absurd reason we become conditioned to not notice or make mention of things that are clearly seen.

Sometimes it seems the only universal language we can see are tears.

This one made me think quite a bit....
