the comforting warmth

Contributed by tres_estrellas on Wednesday, 22nd June 2005 @ 12:07:26 AM in AEST
Topic: toughstuff

Lets go and play for a while
I wish it would stay like this
dreaming about the past
and how we loved the innocense
how we were free to be
who we really were
free to discover the world
through our own eyes
and the only thing that mattered
was playtime and tea
and there was nothing to worry about
no responsibilities
but I could go further
I could go back to
my mothers womb
the comforting warmth
the silence
the darkness
the neverending feeling of proctection
thats where I want to be

*sigh* Yes wouldn't that be nice at times? It's so hard sometimes when times are tough...You really drove the message home in this write, and expressed yourself fairly well. I enjoyed reading this...Keep it up!!

i think about that a lot too and wish for it. innocence is a funny thing, you never know it's there until it's gone. i try to appreciate the ease in my life now...seems like things onlyget harder. an optimistic way to look at it is to think of all hte innocence you probably unkowingly have right now. who knows what im tlaking about. nice write.
