Breathe.
Sweet adrenaline pounding in your chest
Eyes bulging with the intentions of lust
Head spinning,
from drugs and alcohol.
The syringe, the needle and the tourniquet.
Her voice is fine toned
like that of a child's whisper
Yet her heart bleeds from all directions
Thunder sounds somewhere off in the distance
Lay her body in the puddle,
for the sky is still somewhat blue
And the rain will pelt the blood from her eyes and cleanse her sinful skin.
Lay her outside the place where she first lost her light
and take her again.
Take her again.
She hears his voice and suffocates in it.
Between the drugs and the lonliness,
The rain is all she can feel.
