so it is a day that you are drawn to me.
lucky for me
because I enjoy it when
you can be comfortable,
and when you can
be confident.
like when you bring my legs
to rest up on your lap.
or stand extra close to ,leaning,
but without the weight.
or let our legs settle next to
or on top of each other.
and also when we go to hug
you now hold tighter, and longer.
oh yes, I notice it all,
because my feelings are huge.
but my favorite so far
would have to be this,
as I stared, spellbound by coffeecake
behind coffeehouse glass,
you came around from behind
encircling me with your arms
resting your chin on my shoulder,
giving me the warmest embrace.
I only feel completion and happiness
to be held
by only
you.
For so long I've had to work on my trust
and now that I think I'm ready to give it
I'm faced with someone who isn't.
Trust me, hun,
Hold me, and I'll hold you.
