a year ago was an eternity ago
a year ago was yesterday, i swear it was
i can't fathom time
(we created it)
how has so much happened in a mere 365 days?
The planet has returned to its position in space
how has so much been altered, changed, experienced?
the year is captured forever
i have it within me forever
it's made me so much stronger
thank you, year
for beginning to shape me
thank you for stirring me

Great concept. Good selection of words. I only thirst for a little more detail and a little more enthusiasm to drop off to me. An overall pretty solid write. I do wish for a little more.
