Remains the mourning which lenghtens the air
The euolgy spoken with ageless despair
Drowning the heart with false ridden tears
That bled with a kindness that hope never nears
Soothing, the feeling of tomorrow's disgrace
My dying emotions, to whom hope misplaced
Tighten the chains, for our love seems unmeant
The hours are sorrowed upon closer content
And fallen I have, broke wings now relieved
I've looked to a past I no longer believe
The path that's before me I pray is not longer
I've given my all, but the wind was far stronger

Great write, very rythmic.
"I've looked to a past I no longer believe"
That line just rings
Thanks for a pleasant read |

If I had five thumbs all would be up.
I think I am WISHING I had written this one.
You shine brightly and you express something very quaint yet strong. If that makes sense.
Well done and then some..
