Here I am, once again,
Singing to the walls, my best friends.
They don't laugh and they don't cry,
Never ask the question why.
They just remain the same,
My best friends.
Everywhere I look around,
I see people staring at the ground,
Trying to figure out
Just what life is all about
Without
Spending quite enough time
With their best friends.
It's the shadows, walls and reflections
That hold the answers
To all of their questions.

I understand that there is a specific comfort within isolation and that the walls may very well hold the answers -maybe because they have been reflected off one's self!
