Slowly Killing Me

If you love me please say it,
if you don’t just let me be
this worrying about us
is slowly killing me

I love you more than you could know
I tell you everyday
but you keep your feelings to yourself
or have they gone away?

I pray at night to hear those words,
I dream about it too
I want to know how it would feel
to hear you say “I Love You”

I used to think you loved me
I thought that it was real
but lately when we’re alone
I don’t know how you feel.

Am I not good enough?
Was it just not meant to be?
All these questions in my head
are slowly killing me.
