A Challenge

O cruel fate, thou, the evil spider!
With sweet smiles of guile,
Weaving a palace of pearls and dreams
With thy silvery threads and false hopes,
Thou did invite me for a feast of luck.
Like a foolish fly entranced I was ensnared
And entangled in thy treacherous cobweb.
As I was shocked by the deceit of the world that
Appeared on thy face, and lost in a deep despair.
Thou art coming very fast to feast on my heart!
Aaah..Stop! Stop! Thou evil spider!
Don’t hiss and don’t shriek with a joy of victory!
I will never give a chance to suck my life breath.
You will not succeed, for my heart is burning
Like a sphere of fire that rises in the east,
And my mind blazing with the flames of willpower.
I shot forth now the flames of fire through my eyes,
Thou burn down, and be reduced to ashes !
So that I create a new fate for the dawn of new age!

An excellent depiction of evil, Venkat. Yes, a spider, and yes, I have been faced with this challenge. Will power and faith can triumph.

Talk about the will of the spirit!!?!! WOW!! Nice way of looking at it. Never thought of it quite that way before. :o] I'm going to remember this next time I have a personal challenge to face (which will be in a couple of minutes, I suppose LOL) I honestly think that seeing a challenge as a spider to squash will help me to visualize and defeat my demons! Needless to say I loved this.
