FathersDayPoems

I don't want to buy a gift for you, of course it already has been done.
I don't want to go on a trip with you and say that we had fun.
I don't want to write you a poem, or sing you a song,
I just want to say I am proud of you,
your number one.
You know those hard days of work you pulled,
or the bills you had to pay,
remember when you wanted to buy something new,
But raising six kids got in the way.
I just want to say thanks,
For all you been through,
I am sure putting up with me,
Was really rough on you.
I love my daddy,
So proud and happy to,
If something should ever happen to you,
I wouldn't know what I would do.
I love you.
