It felt as if I were spinning,
spiraling from the sun;
It felt as if I were dying
and for that moment, I had won.
Well we were running,
thinking that nothing was real;
And I was noticing nothing,
but I could feel you on my heels.
We kept on flying,
willing the moment to decide for us;
We kept on trying
to place our trust
It was then that visions clouded.
But we kept on flying;
It was then that I heard my scream aloud.
But we kept on falling.
