As a girl, I dreamed of him
I wished that he was real
I wanted him to carry me away
He was my secret fantasy
My red-caped Superman
I wanted to be just like Lois Lane
Today I dream of someone else
He's real and He is mine
I want to spend eternity with Him
He is my life, He's all I need
And I cannot keep quiet
I want to tell the world about my Hero

| somethign i didn't notice the first time i read this is the way the 2nd two stanzas mirror the 1st two perfectly: past reflected in present. very nice style. |
