A Plea to Writers Block

Contributed by Shnyzz on Thursday, 16th June 2005 @ 07:56:38 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

Please allow me to wonder,
Dark causeways in my mind,
Gazing down into the pool of thoughts,
Watching carefully as epiphanies drip,
Gently landing in the lakes of yester thought,
Rippling through fantasies thought to be dead,
Stirring up emotions of a forgotten life,
Raising the spirit shackled to despair,
Harp to me lost aspirations of heart,
Allow me to brood in reverie,
Conceive the impossible,
Drift into clouds of reverence,
Release me from chains of obscurity,
Deliver me from this austere state of being,
Illuminate my crepuscular soul,
Awakening it from its tenacious slumber,
Lets its voice articulate its shouts once again,
Vibrantly echoing through hollow mind,
Filling my eyes with vivid images,
Envisioning the surreal,
Encompassing my every thought,
Allow me to once again spread my crystal wings,
Soaring into the heavens,
Then gently landing into my pen,
Giving myself to others.

Excellent write. We all bump into that block occasionally and it is hard to get around and back into reality of writing. I enjoyed this piece.

Exact thoughts of a writer... the speaker using the effectiveness of the mind.
Your formative experiences.. which I cannot stress enough of is here is this write...breaking it down which means growth and development.

Your words bend.. toward yourself.. your tone changes.

Allow me to brood in reverie,
Conceive the impossible,
Drift into clouds of reverence,
Release me from chains of obscurity,
Deliver me from this austere state of being,
Illuminate my crepuscular soul,

When you started out.. you were instructing.. then , you pause and have great insight.. which is what I love to see in a speaker.. the depth of writing.. to speak from the heart.. truth down under..

Anyone can speak directly to..

I love this write because you go down inside in order to bring it up and out.. to give off the essence of life.. that which you have been created for..

I was into your write.. listening to your heart study, not a dictation of words.. this is very good... I learned more from it this day..

Even though you drift back and forth to the reader than back into self.. I feel this yo yo write teaches a person to develop a constant mood of structures balance within its boundaries of feelings that you are trying to imply not only on others but deep within.. and that totally unwinds the loaded pistol mind.. releases the fire from the weapon, the mind..

Outstanding write..

you have the right recipe here...

and I love your shape and form.. Your style write.. words that tends to merge with a very intense subjective dance .. reality.. independent of your mind.. promise me you won't stop writing.. this is awesome..
