You’re the princess in my heart,
I plead not that you depart.
In my mind you’re my chosen,
In my heart you’re my proven.
Grasp my hand and we will walk,
So many secrets we unlock.
We’ll talk of stars up above,
In the sky we’ll see a dove.
And when your tears come calling,
My hand will do the catching.
And when you’re fears are around,
You will know where I’ll be found.
We’ll share a single melody,
The one that flows so calmly
And in the night it will shine,
And in the light we will dine.
You’re the princess in my heart,
I plead not that you depart.
But if you have to say good bye,
Then know without you I will cry.

Such a gentle poem, no need to change, correct it, leave as is.. beautiful.. yes, tears happen.. hearlfelt poem..expresses your kind and loving heart...
