So many words,
but nothing to say.
So many roads,
but none lead out of today.
Show me what it means
to truly be alone.
Show me what it means
to have eyes of stone.
I suppose you've walked
me right into the call of lonliness.
Now the only way to see you
is to reminisce.
Life goes on,
for it never ends.
This trap you've put me in,
I can't seem to transcend.
Eyes of hate and stone
observe the sights.
A heart of nothing
walks quietly through the nights.
Show me what it means
to be alone.
Show me what it means
to love someone who's never known.

I had to take a deep breath due to that achy feeling in my throat which precedes tears.

This is a great poem the first stanza is brilliant and the second stanza was my favorite. Great write, please keep it up.
