Black Dressing Bride

Contributed by In_a_While on Wednesday, 15th June 2005 @ 09:05:09 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

well, back and forth we go
on a swing sometimes together
the sun setting the sky on fire
i think it's time to get her

sometimes, she's fury and fire
raging through words and trees
but then she can be like the rain
soothing like morning light's breeze

occasionally, she laughs till it hurts
and her stomach is pain deep inside
her blue rain turns to tears
now she's a black dressing bride

once in a while, we talk for no time
for no wind can blow for too long
i wait for pain's cloud to build
so she can fuel my fiery dawn...

occasionally...codependency's my worst enemy..
