Around the corner where life is fair
All your hopes and dreams lie there.
On the other side where grass is green
everything you want can always be seen.
-This is what is on your mind,
what feeds your burning desire.-
It happens again and again
So, this time will you give in?
Will you follow your soul and run away,
Or will you kill yourself more and stay?
Remember you get a little more numb each and every time.
Let that be a factor in the way you end this rhyme.
Make a choice before it is too late
Before you are molded like clay by fate.
The clock is ticking as your chance slips by
Your wings are stiff and ready to fly
This is not a matter of right or wrong,
You know the truth is in this song.
This is all about what they will think,
How they will cut you, make you shrink.
They will be angry, they will not understand
But you see, that is only a hill in the sand.
-The end is growing near-
-Will you be had by fear?-
Tell me now before time runs out
Which answer do you shout?
follow your soul and run away,
or kill yourself more and stay?
--life is what you make of it--
--and choices decide your fate--
