its funny
the more I speak about myself
the less of myself I portray

so what it is that is me
is merely an image or concept
attempting to show a picture
of the pictureless

it's like a mirror
in a world of mirrors
attempting to stand out....futile

attempting to capture ourselves
in one single thought or image
is on par with a staring contest
with the sun

we are not seperate from the great void
yet we constantly conjure up ideas
of what we truly are

when what we truly are
lies in front of our eyes
and our eyes themselves

knowing this...I still try
