Untitled

Contributed by expired_promises on Monday, 13th June 2005 @ 11:45:45 PM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

THIS is my letter to the world:

In the beauty of her youth,
15 years old,
Pretty Girl.
The loneliest girl I ever knew,
Her life was magazines and faithful TV screens
selling an empty dream.

It's about ten minutes until the bell rings
She smiles but
No one knows her pain that hides.
As I sit here in class,
I don't know how to show,
I want to help you fly.

i really like this poem execpt the fact that you plagerized my favorite band the quote "her life was magazines and faithful tv screens selling an empty dream" comes directly from the song Cars and Calories of Saves the Day's CD titled Stay What You Are that was released in 2001 its not really used in this poem the same way it is in the song but i like the way you used it i really like the second stanza you just need to cut that quote from the first or give credit
thanx
Leana
