Of you I ponder from dusk till dawn,
And whilst I sleep and ever long
Your beauty shines through my every thought,
For so long your beauty I've besought
Your tender touch I so adore,
Unlike any I've felt before
For years my pen has moved of you,
Before we met, yet each word true
Your enchanting eyes induce a trance,
You touch my soul with every glance
For you so long I've been denied,
At last our souls are unified

a most enchanting write...magical really..
last stanza was most amazing :
"For you so long I’ve been denied,
At last our souls are unified"
...though I loved the poem in it's entirety.

I like the fourth stanza best. It's one thing to write of love, and wish for it, but it's altogether wonderfully different to experience and feel it, isn't it?

This is a type of write one would cherish forever. A most enchanting write beautifully penned.
