singing lark plays on the hours
a tale that it will tell
after fading truely sour
it rains out all its hell
close enough to feel the heat
yet not so far astray
pouring ashes blading backward
grasses in its grave
what was true and right begone
time has washed away
stuck in unjust fantasy
that is the world today
sweetly it proclaims its time
and wishes best of will
but hidden ore the apple grove
a flying heart it kills
stabbing fastly, shortening breath
lets out one cry of hope
kills that fellow mockingbird
and sets the world unknown
