A note left upon the table...
Dear mommy,
I've thought about doing this for many many weeks,
for you have left scars upon my purple bruised cheeks,
but now it's finally over.. over and done,
and i bet you're celebrating with everyone,
my life was horrible; was that so hard to see?,
daddy hit and swore and you didnt love me,
daddy would have killed me anyways..maybe stragled me with a cord,
but now im in a better place up here with the lord,
you know when my big brother John dislocated my knee?,
now I'm with someone that actually cares about me,
but he wasnt the only one that i was hated by,
you, him and daddy always made me cry,
But i love you even though it's very hard to see,
i do my best to love you even though you don't love me,
When katie gets older.. tell her i loved her so,
and the reason i slipped away was because it was my time to go,
mommy.. just take good care of Katie; this is what i plea,
Just please don't ever do what you did to me...

how sad...brought a tear to my eye...very touching & i am sorry for the way your parents are treating you...you do not deserve it. They should be loving you & cherishing you with evrythin.. i am So sorry..i cant even start to comprehend the abuse you have been afflicted by. please pm me anytime you need to talk, i will always talk.
till then, keep writing, your thoughts and writing are brilliant. |
