From the Pain

Contributed by Jameskistner on Saturday, 11th June 2005 @ 11:52:41 PM in AEST
Topic: LostLove

I wish my tears emptied my sorrows
from every today and all the tomorrows
and every night when I'd start to cry
I'd think of you by my side

you could comfort me I'd comfort you
and make you smile when you were blue
why did you end what we had?
if you were so special why am i mad?
can't you see what you meant to me
i saw more than the eyes could see
in you, you were, my everything..
the cool rain that deadened my pain,
like my hearts band-aid when it had broke,
you fell off me so i wrote...

how could you leave?
is this the end?
did you love me?
or was it pretend?
give me another chance
to dance the last dance...
I'm sorry you didn't know
how much i loved you...
maybe someday
you'll let me show you..
