The Saviors of the World??!

Contributed by Maha on Sunday, 5th January 2003 @ 01:00:00 AM in AEST
Topic: political

The man with the beard
Has made chaos when he appeared.
He has one well-known name,
And it doesn’t mean anything but shame;
Terrorist, Terrorist, Terrorist.

The woman behind the veil
Is still a living Arabian Tale.
And she has more than one name,
They also mean nothing but shame;
Retarded, submissive, oppressed.

The man without the beard
Has been applauded when he appeared,
Because he has a glorious fame,
And an honest, noble aim;
To save the world from Terrorism.

The woman without the veil
Is always determined not to fail.
She has a merciful and charitable aim;
To take her veiled sister out of shame,
To grab her out from worn-out Idealism.

Beneath the beard, hides a dirty beast,
While the beardless man is a gentleman at least.
Behind the veil, lies the eastern ignorant charm,
Looking through the veil, eager to smash the dam.
A perplexing excuse to make a change!

So the mission is clear.
Have no fear, my dear.
Bearded men must be exterminated!
Veiled women must be dismantled!
He is the will; she is the spark of life!

Kill him to destroy pride and dignity!
Set her wildly free to distort decency and purity!
Compromise to shatter the remains of power!
Deceive to penetrate the resisting tower!
Their soul, their quintessence must decline.

No need to listen or judge to be fair,
Democracy has spoken for the world’s welfare!
The bearded man must be thrown into the gale!
The veiled woman must remain An Arabian Tale!
Who can say a word to the leaders of the herd?!

This is a strange poem, though it is nevertheless very interesting and yet somehow I feel a little bit of anger in it, but hey who wouldn't after all the awful things that he has done, the cursed man of the beard, but well this is a very interesting poem
