A CHILDS SUPRISE

MY SON OF 5 YRS OLD GOT UPON HIS TIPPY TOES. WITH HIS LITTLE FINGERS HOLDING ON TIGHT .HE LOOKED OVER THE EDGE AND SAW A SIGHT. THREE FURRY LITTLE KITTENS ALL CURLED UP INTO BALL. I KEPT WATCHING IN CASE HE STARTED TO FALL. HE LOOKED AT THEM AND ASKED ME 'MOMMY ARE THEY DEAD'
WITH A LAUGH, I TOLD HIM NO THAT THEY WERE TAKING A NAP
BUT WHEN THE WOKE UP I WOULD PUT THEM IN HIS LAP. HE GOT SO EXCITED AND RAN TO HIS CHAIR CLIMBED UP INTO IT AND RUBED HIS HAIR.SITTING THERE FOR A WHILE HE FINALLY SAID "" MOMMY AWAKE YET I SLEEPY TIME FOR BED" I TOLD HIM NO SO AWAY HE WENT UP TO HIS BED THAT WAS FIXED LIKE A TENT. WHEN HE WOKE UP THE NEXT DAY. . I HEARD HIM SQUEAL WITH GLEE THAT HE WANTED TO PLAY. BECAUSE THE KITTENS WERE AWAKE AND PLAYING IN THE BOX WITH ONE OF MY SONS LITLE BLUE SOCKS
